The 365 Challenge UK

The 365 Challenge UK was created in 2016 to raise awareness of mental health problems, including Post-Traumatic stress disorder, through exercise and fun.

The Office of National Statistics (2019) states that nearly 800,000 people die due to suicide every year, which is one person every 40 seconds. For the first time since 2013, the number of people taking their own lives has increased by over 11% to over 6,500 deaths a year, of these 4,903 deaths were by men and boys.

Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, the NHS is unable to offer the help and support we need in 2019. This is why our aim is to raise £1 million to fund the cost of providing immediate professional counselling or akin services to anyone identified as suffering from mental trauma.

The charity will offer help to anyone suffering mentally regardless of their gender, age, religious belief or financial status.
There are many ways you can help us! You can take part in the 365 Challenge by completing 365 sessions of any form of exercise and posting a video/picture on social media using the hashtags #NOMOREPTSD #THE365CHALLENGE #EXERCISE

Or you could come along to one of our fundraising events. Check out our website or follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with what we`re doing!

You could also make a donation to our charity or purchase some of our fabulous clothing. Every penny will be used to help someone who is suffering inside their mind.
Thank you!
