Steve Masters formed Accord Consulting 8 years ago with his business partner Brian Lattimer. Steve took the risk of leaving a successful career at a FTSE100 business to exploit a gap in the market. It paid off as Accord has enjoyed double digit growth almost every year since its formation.
Starting his career qualifying as an Accountant Steve quickly realised the increasing need for business leaders to also be technologically aware. He has been the driving force in many businesses helping them use technology to transform and grow.
