Stephen Fear sold his first business for £100,000 (approximately £1.6M today) when he was 19 and started his property empire. During the 1980’s and 90’s, Stephen spent considerable time in the US where he helped American Companies wanting to enter the UK/European market on the back of Britain''s recent accession to the EU.
In 1983, Stephen created a specialist research department with the sole intention of creating leads for his international business.
Stephen believes the world functions as a Mexican wave and that there are always global opportunities to profit for well funded, flexible investors.
Fear Group is currently involved in over $1Bn worth of global projects across various sectors including property, mining, film/documentary making and manufacturing.
Stephen Fear was the longest serving Entrepreneur in Residence at the British Library in London and has an honorary doctorate from the University of the West of England.
