Rob is a founder and Director of The Leadership Gallery. He has held a variety of Senior Leadership roles as a member of the executive committees of Lexis Nexis International, Selex Galileo SpA and BAES Avionics Group as well as Board membership of Giuffre SpA, Mori SpA, Board of Trustees Selex Pension Scheme and the Centre for Self- Managed Learning.
Rob has worked throughout the world where his corporate and client work has been predominantly with large global multi-nationals and is often focused on organisational leadership, executive team effectiveness, leading teams and organisations through change, helping to align teams around common goals and application of strategic learning solutions and collaborative learning approaches.
Rob has an MSc in Manager Development from Roffey Park Institute/ Salford University and is on the Editorial Advisory Board for ‘Development and Learning in Organisations’. Rob’s consulting experience ranges across many organisations including: BAES Plc, RELX Plc, Amadeus IT Group, Weir Group Plc, FDM Group Plc, NHS, Bart’s Health NHS Trust, AXA PPP Healthcare, Pitney Bowes Inc., Leonardo SpA, Boral Group, Havas Media, Informa Plc, Aliaxis, and Thales.
