All companies will have to, at some point deal with Companies House. By visiting this seminar you will learn, how to firstly incorporate a limited company. You will also be told how to keep the company on the public register by satisfying your statutory obligations. You can also learn how to correctly remove your company from the register when it is no longer required.

Paul has worked in Companies House for 25 years. During which time he has worked in various departments withing the organisation. His current role is in the events team where he has worked for the past 7 years. Paul regularly speaks at business exhibitions and Companies House events. He has a wealth of knowledge and is up to date on the latest Companies Act changes.
