Worldpay 2018 Consumer Behaviour and Payments Report
In June 2018, Worldpay surveyed over 2,500 consumers across the UK and analysed their behaviour across different buying channels. The findings help to understand the current mind-set of the UK consumer, what they expect from their customer experience in each channel, and how they that might impact the payment strategy of a business.
