She is the author of the best-selling book “Recipe for Success” – which was shortlisted last year for Business Book of the year.

She honed her understanding of how the buyer’s mind works with many years as an actual buyer for UK retailers, Tesco and Boots, and then crossed the desk to become Commercial Director for number of food businesses from Christmas puddings to sushi where she launched a £500k brand in six months
