John Clark

John is an IT professional with over 29 years of experience gained across several industries, including Retail, Pharmaceuticals, IT Services, Telecomms, Government and Defence. His first encounter with CRM was while working as a Regional IT Manager for a Finnish pharmaceutical, back in 2005. Upon his return to the UK, he formed Solutions Shared in 2007, initially focusing on providing IT support services to SMEs. Shortly afterwards, he discovered Microsoft Dynamics CRM (now called Microsoft Dynamics 365) and has been working with it ever since. These days, John’s primary focus is on delivering tailored business application solutions for SMEs, across a growing range of industries, enabling them to unlock efficiency, consistency and profitability.
