International marketing consultant-turned clinical hypnotherapist, Geraldine Joaquim specialises in workplace stress prevention – because she’s been there, done that. Helping business owners to make their workplaces well through talks and workshops, she brings together corporate experience and the latest neuroscience findings. She has been quoted in several media outlets including BBC News, Men’s Health, Metro, Huffington Post and has worked with organisations including the BBC, ParkNow (part of BMW), Office of Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner.

Ali Trodd has many years of experience working with and coaching senior leadership teams. She’s held senior HR positions in organisations including Boots The Chemist, the NHS and the BBC. Co-founder of The Thrive Team where the focus is discovering high performing leaders, coaching and developing them to thrive at work and in life. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor.
