Throughout her career Emily has integrated herself within organisations, engaging with teams and developing the managers understanding of their responsibilities toward their staff. She strives to take away the stress, fear and time spent dealing with the minefield of employee-related legislation and procedures, giving her clients the time to focus on running their business.
Being a MCIPD qualified, with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development, Emily continues her professional development by attending training sessions and networking with other HR professionals and employment lawyers.
