Adam has a wealth of experience behind him, spanning 29 years designing, developing and manufacturing makeup, fragrance and skincare for some of the world’s biggest beauty brands: Revlon, Rimmel, Max Factor, MAC and Urban Decay to name a few. Combined with this experience and his passion for innovation, Adam set out to challenge the typical 12-18-month product development cycles for the beauty industry. Driven by organic social media and word-of-mouth recommendations from consumers, Revolution has grown to a brand with a strong customer base, now sold in over 60 countries.
