Abi Hookway & Gordon Dutfield

Abi Hookway is Touchstone Education’s managing director.

After spending 10 years in the corporate sector, enjoying directorship roles within the real estate and educational sectors, managing large teams and delivering even bigger projects for national brands, Abi joined the Touchstone family early in 2016.

A property investor in her own right, Abi launched her first serviced accommodation unit, ‘The Beeches’, during the summer of 2017. Situated within the scenic Peak District, the property has proven popular from day one.

Gordon (Gordie) Dutfield is Touchstone Education’s sales director.

Initially entering property via Touchstone’s very own Serviced Accommodation Masterclass, Gordie has built up an impressive portfolio of SA units in a dramatically short space of time.

With no previous property experience to call upon, Gordie attended the Masterclass in March 2016. Within months, the number of properties associated to his portfolio had hit double figures.

Fast forward to present day and Gordie has 28 units, with that number set to double by the end of 2018.
